Committed to bringing the best and the latest technology of the world, to this part of the country, Dr. Shubhang Aggarwal decided to introduce Robotics in Joint Replacement Surgery. He believes that with the use of robotics surgery, there is much Faster recovery with 100% precise placement of implants, accurate alignment and a minimal need to touch the ligaments for soft tissue balancing. This actually makes it almost non invasive, enabling us to send our patients home earlier and also increases the longevity of the joints placed.
With the use of robotics, there is minimal pain post surgery and just after 3 hours of surgery, most patients can start walking. In 3 to 4 days, most people bend their knees to 130 to 140 plus degrees and are able to climb stairs.
This has led to the birth of NHS Ortho-Robotics.
At NHS Ortho-Robotics, we are committed to using the latest technology, aiming at the perfect surgery to make a perfect you.
